At Iron D Fitness, our goal is to support you throughout your fitness journey, working side by side with you every step of the way to meet your goals. This includes weekly check-ins, where we will assess the previous week and go over your biofeedback so we can tailor both a nutritional and workout plan to meet your specific needs for your body. We will also provide support on the mental challenges during your fitness journey, so we are not only creating a sound body, but a sound mind also. We know from experience that this journey is not easy, and we will be there every step of the way to give you support, motivation and guidance to meet your goal.

Hello, my name is Dale Dorsey from Yukon, Oklahoma. In March of 2024, I weighed in at over 300 pounds. I knew that I was heading down a destructive path, not only physically but mentally. It was at that point I decided to make a change, not only for myself but for my family. I began going to the gym, eating right and living a healthy lifestyle. With the help of my coach and mentor, Hayden Young, I have lost over 100 pounds and gained muscle mass. I have fallen in love with fitness and found a passion with wanting to help others who may be going down the same path as I was.
