At Iron D Fitness, our main focus is to support you throughout your fitness journey. We will work side by side with you, teaching you proper form and technique to get the most out of your work out experience. We will also help you with a proper nutrition plan, built based on your body type and what you want your end goal to be. We know that everybody is different, with some of our clients just wanting to lose weight and build strength, while others main focus is to bulk up muscle. We will set up a plan for whatever goal you are looking to achieve, and to be there with you every step of the way.
We will meet with all new clients to discuss what their goal is, and also any special needs that we may need to take into account to develop the proper workout and diet plan. All clients will have a weekly check-in where we will assess the previous week and go over your biofeedback to ensure that you are getting the best results from your workout plan. Our coaches will be shoulder to shoulder with you during your workout to make sure that the proper form and technique is being done to get the most out of the workout. We will also provide support on the mental challenges during your fitness journey, so we are not only creating a sound body, but a sound mind also. We know from experience that this journey is not easy, and we will be there every step of the way to give you support, motivation and guidance to meet your goal.
