Plan A includes a nutritional and supplement plan built for your specific needs and body type. Also includes weekly check-ins to assess your progress and biofeedback from the previous week.
Plan B includes all options of Plan A but also includes three one-on-one sessions per week. During the sessions we will work on form and proper lifting techniques.
Plan C includes all options of Plan A and B with unlimited one-on-one sessions per week.
We are trainers affiliated with Four Star Fitness and can travel to any OKC metro location for your convenience
